1. Order Processing and Handling

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is received, our team will begin processing your order. We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Orders are processed during business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

  • Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Holiday Notice: During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be longer. We will notify you of any delays via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Fees

We offer secure and reliable delivery in Morocco and internationally through trusted partners such as Amana (Poste Maroc), DHL, and other local couriers.

  • Within Morocco: Fees are calculated based on the city of delivery and the weight of your order.
  • International Shipping: Fees are calculated based on weight or volumetric weight and destination country. Charges may include surcharges for remote locations or special handling.
  • All costs are shown in MAD (for local orders) or converted accordingly for international orders. Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to track your order in real-time via our courier partners. If you experience any issues, contact us at yassin@idyhya.com.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before checkout. IDYHYA is not responsible for delivery delays or issues resulting from incorrect addresses. If the package is returned due to wrong information, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

While we take care in packaging and shipping, unforeseen issues can occur. If your order is lost, damaged, or missing, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your tracking information.

  • Report any loss/damage within 7 days.
  • Provide clear photos of damaged goods.
  • Our customer service team will investigate and offer a solution (replacement or refund).

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes for International Orders

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply at the destination. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. IDYHYA is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.

7. Shipping Delays

Although we strive to ship orders promptly, delays may occur due to external factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen events. If delays occur, we will notify you via email with updated details.

8. Packaging

We prioritize the safe delivery of your products. All items are packaged carefully to minimize the risk of damage. Fragile or high-value products receive additional protective packaging.

9. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once your order has been processed and shipped, modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to modify or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to assist, but cannot guarantee changes once in transit.

10. Free Shipping Promotions

From time to time, IDYHYA may offer free shipping promotions for selected products, categories, or order values. These promotions are limited and subject to specific terms and conditions.

11. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, refer to our Return and Refund Policy. We offer a 30-day return period for unused and unopened products. Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
